Fading Glory Macro

I know that some areas of the country have snow at this point in time, but here, in the midwest, we still have some warm sunny days.   Temperatures at night are rapidly dipping lower and we have had one frost so far.   The plants are doing their best to give the last days of fall some beautiful color.

Colors are fading, the beauty and bounty of summer and fall is fading.   Winter is coming soon.

Don’t cry, baby girl!   Winter has its own kind of beauty.

  4. That is my great grandbaby. Her dad was my first grandchild many many years ago. I just had to put that crybaby picture up there. When the food stops coming, she cries like that. It only lasts till the next french fry shows up.

  6. Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog for a little while. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as clean as when I arrived. I’ll be back!
