Wooly Macro Sunday

Not much time for photos this week.  My son is in the hospital and the photos I have are mostly of  his crushed foot.   Spent a lot of time calling folks who wanted updates and a lot of time asking for prayers.  I did spend some time Wednesday with the boys in the back yard.

Ben found this little caterpillar.  When I was a kid we used to call them “wooly boogers” .   I love these little guys and haven’t seen one in years.   I was so happy to find him, but he was in a big hurry to get somewhere and hard to photograph.   My granny used to say that you could tell how hard the winter was going to be by the length of the center band on these fellas.   Looks like a fairly easy one to me.  What do you think?

  2. Thanks Tamara. This little guy was SO hard to capture! I could not get true macros but did the best. He was scurrying so fast to get somewhere else. Thanks also for thinking of Justin and his family. They have a hard struggle no matter how much of his foot he loses.
